FAQ

  • HOW DOES THE DESIGN DEPOSIT WORK?

    The amount paid at checkout is applied toward your complete project total. If your final project costs more than the Design Deposit, the remaining balance is due immediately upon completion + before final files are delivered.

  • WHEN WILL I KNOW MY FULL PROJECT PRICE?

    After reviewing your Creative Brief, we'll confirm your complete project scope + total before design begins.

  • HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED?

    Each / STUDIO service currently includes 2 revision rounds with your project. Additional revision rounds are available for $22 per round. Significant changes to the original project scope or approved creative direction may require a separate quote.

  • DO YOU PRINT THE DESIGNS?

    Yes! / STUDIO projects are priced for design + digital file delivery, but professional printing may be added to select projects for an additional charge.


    Printing costs are determined by the item, quantity, size, paper/material, finish + production needs of your project. If you'd like / STUDIO to coordinate printing, let us know in your Creative Brief and we'll provide a separate print quote before anything goes into production.


    Printing + production costs are not included in your Design Deposit or listed service price unless specifically stated otherwise.


    Once print specifications are approved and an order has been submitted for production, printing costs are non-refundable and changes may require a new print order at the client's expense.

  • HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE?

    Every / STUDIO project is a little different, so turnaround times vary based on project scope, complexity + our current studio schedule.


    Once your Creative Brief has been reviewed, you'll receive an estimated project timeline before design work begins.This allows us to give your project the time + attention it deserves while being mindful of other projects currently in the studio.


    Need something by a specific date? Tell us in your Creative Brief. We'll confirm whether your requested deadline can be accommodated before your project begins.


    Projects requiring printing + production may require additional turnaround time.


    Good work takes time. Good planning makes room for it. ♡


    Please note:     Estimated timelines begin once your Creative Brief, required content + project details have been received. Delays in client feedback, content submission, revision approvals or payment may affect the original estimated completion date.
